From April 2002- until now. TBM has built a safe haven that is designed for the purpose of renewing life changing thoughts, in which one can relate to for the growth in gaining knowledgeable information to per sue the advancement of wisdom through the technique of care and guidance.

Aim: For the year Of 2010 TBM’s - Aim is to continue and maintain the breaking down of the traditional patterns, and to address the importance of life by illustrating the purpose of responsibility to restore kingdom building relationships.

To further educate as a means to establish growth in planting the seed of renewing positive thoughts, in which one to many can relate to, to advance effectively in the harvest of unity to recover the usage of knowledge, wisdom, and understanding.

3- Midnight Basket Ball- TBM & THE ASSOC OF MIDNIGHT BASKETBALL.

The Thoughts Of Black Men- Objective is to help organize leadership in family structure by the advancement of building relationships in community developments such as Midnight Basketball. Midnight Basketball -allows us to relate in structuring a positive works in getting our kids off the street corners, drugs, and into a safe haven environment. It promotes the involvements of men & women, parents & children to explore and evaluate avenues for productive choices on saving the lives of our people.

3A- TBM 2010 Mentorship Class- As a requirement of Midnight Basket Ball Assoc- TBM is require to mentor and train its kids on educational careers  in hopes for a successful life style.

4- TBM Mentorship Conference- To choose a location and date that would benefit men and women by having an event on the values of becoming a mentor. This mentorship conference will invite guest speakers and entertainers that has the background experience in leadership.

5- Operation Outreach-

TBM would like to establish an across the country “TOUR”, Where we can meet FACE TO FACE as an overhaul meeting to evaluate the concerns of reaching the hearts and minds of our nation.

(1)-TBM Family Day- BBQ Gathering- Great Adventure-

(2)-Feeding the Hungry- Thanksgiving Season.

(3)- The Demonstration Of Care- visiting and building a relationship with the prison facilities…

(4)-Filling in the Gap- Participate in supporting other positive organizations.

(5)- TBM Street Team- To recruit teens & Adults who knows the streets of our community to promote TBM and advantage of becoming a member.

6- Our Children Matter- Being a support to our children, to set up

(A)-Baseball & Basketball Teams..  For summer youth programs.

(B)-Educational Weekend Summits for teens- Poncho’s, ski trips, swimming classes, Fitness, and Dance Classes.

**Back to School Mentorship Conference***-

To have a weekend trips spent with our children to prepare and aware the importance of going back to school and getting their education.

(C )-Parent and Child Development Workshop-To start locally in the communities, finding safe havens and churches in which we can illustrate to bring an awareness in knowing how to listen to your children, to build the relationship of the family hood by evaluating the needs of the family…To show the importance of how it takes a village to raise our children.

8- The Thoughts In You Calendar Project. Fund Raiser Project for promotions of TBM as a tool to educate on a daily and monthly word.

9**TBM’S- The Elements of Principal and Wisdom Mentorship Class- This class is designed to develop skills in understanding meaningful avenues of guidance.  to impart knowledge to renew the right mind set to the adults ranging from 20 and up.

(9-D)- How better relate to your brother.

(9-E)- Ways of Prevention- Drugs, Alcohol, etc

10- TBM Building- Knowing we have many talented Real-Estate Men & Women who is in this organization who are working hard in finding property at low cost to obtain our first building starting in NY.

(10A)-To employee individuals as a means of employment to support the needs of community financial structure. To fix and gut out old buildings that will be offered to TBM.

(10B)-To set up havens for children’s after school programs, educate men and women for employment and resources. To have housing and food pantry privileges…..

From April 2002, TBM started its out reach through the internet on Yahoo Groups in which built its clientele with the technology of online promoting features, dialing postings, volunteer memberships.

Starting in 2010- In order to begin raising monies to cover the needs of TBM, we are purposing all members of TBM to begin showing accountability by enforcing dues yearly payments of the sums of five dollars a month totaling sixty dollars a year.

(2)- Advertising, Group Posting, Web site Privileges.

(3)- Conference Call- Having the opportunity to run the   conference for purpose of kingdom

2010- TBM will opening it’s newest project on educating our children.

Thoughts of the next Generation- is an online &physical news publication that will give our children the incentive to explore the power within. It’s editorial news will only public size the positive gifts in the hearts and minds of our children.

From the ages of 7-18- Thoughts Of the next Generation- gives our children the advantage to write and create positive news ads, which will encourage today’s children to reach new levels responsibility.

Thoughts of the next Generation-Children’s News Paper& -TBM Children’s TV Networks.- Offers a sense of involvement to a generation of kids who are systematically detached from any other paper, group, or social setting outside of a gang. It offers skills that consist of over whelming positive effect, both psychological and social, and it teaches it’s writers the values of knowledge.

The educational experience of this newspaper provides hope and vision for children who otherwise have little incentive to succeed in today’s competitive society. In this technological age, our children is becoming increasing drop outs, and with- Thoughts of the next Generation, we can further direct inner thoughts for tomorrow positive carriers.

Presents- The TBM Children’s Online TV Networks.

With TBM’S new advanced website, we will sponsor& train children nation wide to experience TV broad casting. To provided ways of Advertisement through the  advancement of Internet resources, TV Networks, event projects, radio, and the works of relationship building for the discovery of-
