General Return Policy:

The Thoughts of Black Men inc. honor a 30 day general refund policy from the original shipping date. Please return all products in their original packaging.

All requests for refunds should be addressed to refunds@thetbm.org email account or by calling our customer service line at (347) 820-5655 (long distance charges may apply.)
When we are notified of a request for a refund we shall begin tracking the refund. Kindly place all products back into their original packaging. Please include all warranties, manuals, etc sent to you. Send them all to the address listed below:

Refund & Replacement Notice

After we receive back the products we will inspect them and your refund or replacement will be sent for processing back to you within 7 business days. This does not include Saturdays or Sundays or holidays.

All items marketed and sold “AS-IS” are not eligible for returns. These products shall be noted on the product page.

Donations

At this time The Thoughts of Black Men Inc. can only accept a minimum donation of $10.00. We are most grateful for the support. All donations will be acknowledged with an I.R.S. approved tax deductible receipt.
